Courses

All courses must be paid in full (which is non-refundable) at the time of booking and must be completed within six months.

Mobile Phones

We ask that all mobile phones are turned off for the relaxation of all clientele.

Children

As a courtesy to our other clients, and for health and safety reasons, we request that children are not brought into the salon.

These are subject to change without prior notice.

Appointments

For your own relaxation, please arrive 10 minutes before your treatment. Late arrivals will result in a shortened treatment time, treatments will be charged at full price.

Reservations

On booking we will ask for your card details to secure your appointment. We accept all major credit cards and debit cards.

Cancellations

As a courtesy to our other clients and our therapists please give a minimum of 24 hours (one week for 'retreat packages') if you need to cancel or change an appointment.

If the appointment is cancelled within less than 24 hours or missed altogether it will be the subject of a broken appointment charge.
