Our Policy and Procedures
Courses:
All courses must be paid in full (which is non-refundable) at the time of booking and must be completed within six months. Regular attendance for the course period is required, followed by monthly maintenance treatments in order to maintain results. Booked appointments within the course are still subject to our cancellation policy and late cancellations are subject to a broken appointment charge which may be upto the full treatment value.
Mobile Phones
We ask that all mobile phones & electronic devices are turned off before entering The Retreat for the relaxation of all clientele.
Children
As a courtesy to our other clients, and for health and safety reasons, we request that children are not brought into the salon without exception.
Prices
These are subject to change without prior notice. All prices are inclusive of VAT & subject to special offers.
Gift Vouchers
We are able to offer you Gift Vouchers for any treatment or
any amount that you may wish. We can also take payments over the phone and post
gift vouchers to your chosen address. The ideal gift for any occasion.

Appointments:
For your own relaxation, please arrive 10 minutes before your treatment. Late arrivals will result in a shortened treatment time, and your treatment will be still be charged at full price. This is your treatment, please enjoy it by arriving early & relaxing with complimentary refreshments before your treatment.
Reservations
On booking we may ask for your card details to secure your appointment. We accept all major credit cards and debit cards apart from American Express.
Deposits
On booking of appointments which exceed 2 hours + inclusive we will require 50% deposit in order to secure your booking.
Complaints
We endeavour to meet your expectations at all times, but rest assured that if you are not fully satisfied, we have a formal complaints procedure in place, a copy of which is available on request.
Cancellations
As a courtesy to our other clients and our therapists please give a minimum of 24 hours notice for <1hour appointments, 48 hours for >2hrs appointments, 1 week for 'Retreat packages' if you need to cancel or change an appointment. If the appointment is cancelled without sufficient notice or missed altogether it will be the subject of a broken appointment charge which may be up to the full treatment value. Cancellations must be made by telephone or in person, not by email or via our website.
