COVID19 STATEMENT

COVID19 INFORMATION

In accordance with the current COVID19 restrictions and government guidelines, we have implemented some additional safety protocols in our salon to help keep everyone safe and well.

Appointments:
To help reduce the number of incoming calls we ask, where possible that if you would like to book, change, or cancel an appointment please text or WhatsApp 07538921314 with your name, number, and treatment (plus any other relevant details).

This is to ensure that we can process all requests in a timely fashion. Please notify us as soon as possible if you are feeling unwell, show any signs of a COVID19 infection or have been exposed to someone who is or may be infected within the last 14 days. Your appointment can then be rescheduled.

What to expect when coming into the salon:
In line with government guidelines, the door to the salon will be locked between appointments as we are operating on a strict appointment-only basis until further notice.

Please ensure that you arrive promptly for your scheduled appointment as we are taking extra time to sanitise the treatment rooms and our equipment to ensure your safety.

Upon arrival, please use the hand sanitiser provided and follow the displayed social distancing guides and floor signs.

Refreshments:
Unfortunately, we are not able to make any hot drinks or provide any magazines during this time. However, cold refreshments are still available, fruit juice or water with fresh lemon slice.

PPE:
We have provided our staff with PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) that meets current guidelines. If you wish to use your own PPE, please do so. Please note that we may ask you to remove your PPE to complete your treatment or procedure.

All salon laundry is washed at 60 degrees using antibacterial chemicals.

Updates to our Cancellation Policy:
Please notify us as soon as possible if you are feeling unwell, show any signs of a COVID19 infection or have been exposed to someone who is or may be infected within the last 14 days. Your appointment can then be rescheduled. If possible, please try to provide at least 24 hours notice.

We will not be charging a cancellation fee if your appointment is cancelled or rescheduled due to COVID19.

Gift Vouchers:
We will be extending the expiry date on any gift vouchers that may have expired during the lockdown period. Any gift vouchers from number 4391 will automatically continue until 1st December 2020.
